Cancellation Policy

We do understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be bumped and placed on a cancellation list or you may lose future appointments at BLAKE.BIRD. Clients who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee or denied future appointments. Thank You!
